Laura Barclay is a published author, Certified Etiquette Consultant, and member of the Association of Image Consultants International. Laura's expertise includes social and business etiquette, global protocol, refinement, communication, and employee relations. Laura brings extensive experience to business professionals with experience in a variety of industries - legal, finance, insurance, healthcare, government, manufacturing, and education - all of which bring considerable advantage to understanding your business and your client community.

Laura is a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certified Facilitator, and certified in the leadership Spectrum Profileâ. Laura has a Master's Degree in Sociology and has completed Doctoral Coursework in Management and Organizational Sociology, both at the University of Minnesota.   

Laura is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a Board Member for the Pink Purse Project, a non-profit organization designed to help women overcome their current negative circumstances and become empowered to fulfill their purpose for life. 

      

Darci J. Puchtell
Children's Etiquette Coach 

Darci Puchtell specializes in children's manners and social etiquette. Darci brings extensive experience in children's education and has a deep understanding of the tools youth need to be successful. Her teaching is engaging and creative as she helps students learn manners, poise, and confidence.

Darci has a Master's Degree in Special Education, and a B.S. in Counseling Education and Educational Psychology, both from St. Cloud State University.

Zack specializes in personal and professional image consulting services for men and has extensive experience in high-end men's retail having worked with Heimie's Haberdashery, Hubert White, Brooks Brothers, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom's, and Dayton Hudson.
 
Zack will work with you in building your confidence, panache, and professionalism through image and fashion. Zack provides corporate seminars, group seminars, one-on-one advising, and personal shopping. Zack's passion for the industry is clearly seen in his presentations which are very informative, energetic, and engaging.
